Product Detail:

1. Detection Type: Qualitative detection of hCG hormone in urine.
2. Sample Type: Urine (preferably the first-morning urine, as it typically contains the highest concentration of hCG).
3. Testing Time: Results are usually available within 3-5 minutes.
4. Accuracy: When used correctly, hCG test strips are highly accurate (over 99% in laboratory conditions), though sensitivity can vary by brand.
5. Sensitivity Level: Most strips detect hCG at a threshold level of 20-25 mIU/mL, which allows detection as early as 7-10 days after conception.
6. Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature (2-30°C) and keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.

Principle:

• The strip contains antibodies that are sensitive to the hCG hormone. When urine is applied to the test area, it travels up the Cassette by capillary action.
• If hCG is present in the urine, it binds to the antibodies on the strip, forming a visible line in the test area (T-line), indicating a positive result.
• A control line (C-line) will also appear to confirm that the test is functioning correctly, regardless of the result.

Test Procedure:

图片3
Allow the test, specimen and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30℃ or 59-86℉) prior to
testing.
1. Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test device from the sealed
pouch and use it as soon as possible.
2. Place the test device on a clean and level surface.
3. Place the test on a clean and level surface. Hold the disposable capillary vertically and transfer
3 full drops of urine or serum (approximately 90μL) to the specimen well (S) of the test device,
and then start the timer. Avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well (S).
4. Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. Read results at 5 minutes. Do not read results after 10
minutes.
Notes:
Applying sufficient amount of specimen is essential for a valid test result. If migration (the
wetting of membrane) is not observed in the test window after one minute, add one more drop of
specimen.
