Testsealabs FLUAB+COVID-19+RSV+Adeno+MP Antigen Combo Test Cassette
Product Detail:
- Simultaneous Multi-Pathogen Detection
- The test detects Influenza A, Influenza B, COVID-19, RSV, Adenovirus, and Mycoplasma Pneumoniae in a single test, reducing the need for multiple separate tests.
- Provides clear and reliable results for all six pathogens with just one sample, allowing for quick differentiation between these common respiratory infections.
- Rapid and Reliable Results
- Testing Time: Results are available in 15–20 minutes, ensuring fast diagnosis and treatment decisions.
- High Sensitivity and Specificity: Designed to detect even low levels of antigens, minimizing the chances of false negatives or false positives.
- Ease of Use
- Simple Operation: The test requires minimal training and can be used in point-of-care settings, including emergency rooms, clinics, and other healthcare facilities.
- Non-invasive Sampling: Nasopharyngeal or nasal swabs can be easily collected, making the process less uncomfortable for patients.
- Wide Range of Applications
- Healthcare Settings: Ideal for use in hospitals, urgent care centers, emergency departments, and clinics to quickly diagnose respiratory infections and prevent misdiagnosis.
- Public Health: Especially useful during flu season, COVID-19 outbreaks, or other respiratory virus epidemics to control the spread and manage patient care efficiently.
Principle:
- How It Works:
- The sample is applied to the test cassette, which contains antibodies specific to the antigens of Flu A, Flu B, COVID-19, RSV, Adenovirus, and Mycoplasma Pneumoniae.
- If the antigens are present in the sample, they bind to the antibodies and form antigen-antibody complexes, which migrate along the test strip and produce visible color changes in the respective detection zones.
- Result Interpretation:
- The cassette has dedicated test zones for each of the pathogens.
- Positive Result: The appearance of a colored line in the respective detection zone indicates the presence of the antigen for the corresponding pathogen.
- Negative Result: No color change in the test zone indicates no detectable antigen for that pathogen.

5.Carefully remove the swab without touching the tip.Insert the entire tip of the swab 2 to 3 cm into the right nostril.Note the breaking point of the nasal swab. You can feel this with your fingers when inserting the nasal swab or check it in the mimnor. Rub the inside of the nostril in circular movements 5 times for at least 15 seconds,Now take the same nasal swab and insert it into the other nostril.Swab the inside of the nostril in a circular motion 5 times for at least 15 seconds. Please perform the test directly with the sample and do not

6.Place the swab in the extraction tube.Rotate the swab for about 10 seconds,Rotate the swab against the extraction tube, pressing the head of the swab against the inside of the tube while squeezing the sides of the tube to release as much liquid as possible from the swab. |
7. Take out the swab from the package without touching the padding. |
8.Mix thoroughly by flicking the bottom of the tube.Place 3 drops of the sample vertically into the sample well of the test cassette.Read the result after 15 minutes. Note:Read the result within 20 minutes.Otherwise, are petition of the test is recommended. |
