Directions and Dosage]
Place the reagent and sample at room temperature (10~30°C) for 15-30 minutes. Testing should be conducted at room temperature (10~30°C) and excessive humidity (humidity ≤70%) should be avoided. The testing method remains consistent under varying temperature and humidity conditions.
1.Sample Preparation
1.1Preparation of Liquid Tissue Sample from Meat Surface
（1）Use the swab to absorb tissue fluid from the surface of the sample to be tested, then immerse the swab in the extraction solution for 10 seconds. Stir thoroughly up and down, left and right, for 10-20 seconds to dissolve the sample into the solution as much as possible.
（2）Remove the cotton swab, and you're ready to apply the sample liquid.
1.2Meat Chunk Tissue Sample Preparation
（1）Using a pair of scissors (not included), cut a 0.1g chunk of meat (about the size of a soybean). Add the meat chunk to the extraction solution and soak for 10 seconds. Use the swab to squeeze the meat chunk 5-6 times, stirring thoroughly up, down, left, and right for 10-20 seconds. You can then apply the sample liquid.
2.Precautions
（1）This reagent is intended only for the testing of raw meat or simply processed non-cooked food materials.
（2）If too little liquid is added to the test card, false negatives or invalid results may occur.
（3）Use a dropper/pipette to vertically drop the test liquid into the sample hole of the test card.
（4）Prevent cross-contamination between samples during sampling.
（5）When using scissors to cut meat tissue, ensure the scissors are clean and free from animal-origin contamination. Scissors can be cleaned and reused multiple times.
[Interpretation of Test Results]
Positive (+): Two red lines appear. One line appears in the test area (T), and another line in the control area (C). The color of the band in the test area (T) may vary in intensity; any appearance indicates a positive result.
Negative (-): Only a red band appears in the control area (C), with no band appearing in the test area (T).
Invalid: No red band appears in the control area (C), regardless of whether a band appears in the test area (T) or not. This indicates an invalid result; a new test strip should be used for retesting.
Positive Result Indicates: Sheep-origin components have been detected in the sample.
Negative Result Indicates: No sheep-origin components have been detected in the sample.
