Testsealabs FLU/AB+RSV+MP Antigen Combo Test Cassette
Product Detail:
- Simultaneous Multi-Pathogen Detection
- This test allows for the simultaneous detection of Influenza A, Influenza B, RSV, and Mycoplasma Pneumoniae in a single sample.
- It eliminates the need for multiple tests, offering a fast, cost-effective solution for healthcare providers to diagnose these common respiratory infections quickly.
- Rapid and Accurate Results
- Testing Time: Results available in just 15–20 minutes, allowing for fast decision-making and reducing patient wait time.
- High Sensitivity and Specificity: The test is designed to detect low levels of antigens, providing reliable and accurate results with minimal risk of false negatives or false positives.
- User-Friendly Design
- Easy-to-Use: The test cassette is simple to operate, requiring minimal training and making it ideal for use in emergency rooms, clinics, and urgent care settings.
- Non-invasive Sampling: Nasopharyngeal or nasal swabs can be easily collected, ensuring patient comfort during the testing process.
- Wide Range of Applications
- Healthcare Settings: Perfect for use in hospitals, clinics, and urgent care centers, providing rapid and accurate diagnosis to facilitate prompt treatment.
- Public Health: Useful during seasonal flu outbreaks or RSV epidemics, or when diagnosing atypical pneumonia cases, to streamline diagnosis and control infection spread.
Principle:
- How It Works:
- The test cassette contains antibodies specific to each of the pathogens. A sample is applied to the cassette, and if the corresponding antigens are present, they bind to the antibodies and generate a visible color change in the test line.
- The antigen-antibody complexes move along the test strip and appear as colored lines in the respective test zones for each pathogen.
- Result Interpretation:
- The cassette features dedicated detection zones for Flu A, Flu B, RSV, and Mycoplasma Pneumoniae.
- Positive Result: The appearance of a colored line in the respective detection zone indicates the presence of the antigen for that pathogen.
- Negative Result: No line in the respective test zone indicates no detectable antigen for that pathogen.

7. Take out the swab from the package without touching the padding. |
8.Mix thoroughly by flicking the bottom of the tube.Place 3 drops of the sample vertically into the sample well of the test cassette.Read the result after 15 minutes. Note:Read the result within 20 minutes.Otherwise, are petition of the test is recommended. |
