Symptomer på FIV FeL

Mangel på energi, appetit, vægttab og vil tabe sig, diarré, hævede lymfeknuder, anæmi, åndedrætsbesvær, feber
For Fiv
Katte, der er inficeret med FIV, viser generelt ikke nogen symptomer i mange år, men når symptomerne først vises, vil funktionen af kattens immunsystem falde, hvilket fører til forskellige sekundære infektioner. De vigtigste symptomer på FIV -infektion hos katte er: hævede lymfeknuder, feber, anæmi, diarré, vægttab, appetittab, unormale eller betændte øjne (konjunktivitis), betændelse i tandkødet (gingivitis), rødt hud eller hårtab, snezing , øjne eller næseudladning, hyppig vandladning og unormal opførsel.

Testprocedure
*Tillad alle materialer, inklusive prøve og testenhed, gendanne til 15-25ºC, før du kører assayet.
*Tag testkortet ud fra folieposen og placer det vandret.
*Saml 50 μl af det forberedte eksemplar i et hætteglas med assaybuffer og bland godt. Slip derefter 3 dråber (ca. 120 μl) af den fortyndede prøve i hvert prøvehul "S" på testkortet.
*Fortolk resultatet i 5-10 minutter. Resultat efter 10 minutter betragtes som ugyldigt.
Fortolkning af resultatet
※ Positive (+): Tilstedeværelsen af både "C" linje og zone "T" -linje, uanset T -linje er klar eller vag.
※ Negativ (-): Kun klar C-linje vises. Ingen T -linje.
Ugyldig: Ingen farvet linje vises i C -zonen. Uanset om T -linjen vises.
